Year 12 Chemistry students from a Fremantle based secondary school had the opportunity to expand their chemistry knowledge during a recent visit to both CSBP and Kleenheat’s Production Facility in Kwinana.

iMEN get a taste for innovation!

A showcase of innovative technology used at CSBP and Kleenheat, which form part of Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers (WesCEF), ignited the curiosity of 32 students on a recent site tour. Demonstrations of drones, virtual reality and robots highlighted WesCEF’s commitment to innovation and encouragement for the study of Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths (STEM).

STEM subjects take centre stage

When 32 school students visited Wesfarmers Chemicals, Energy & Fertilisers’ (WesCEF) Kwinana operations, which includes CSBP and Kleenheat, today they were exposed to a whole new side of industry, with robots, virtual reality and drones, all of which are currently used at varying levels at CSBP and Kleenheat, on show.
