Industrial Chemicals

CSBP imports, produces and supplies a range of bulk industrial chemicals to customers across Western Australia, including:

Fluorosilicic acid (also known as Hydrofluorosilicic acid, silicofluoric acid)

Fluorosilicic acid (H2SiF6) is primarily used for the fluoridation of potable water. It is a colourless, mildly fuming aqueous solution of hydrogen hexafluorosilicate.

Fluorosilicic acid is a co-product of CSBP’s superphosphate manufacturing process.

Industrial urea (also known as Carbamide)

Industrial urea (H2NCONH2) is a white, crystalline, granular solid substance. Industrial urea is used for fertiliser and adhesives manufacture and as a stock feed additive.

CSBP provides a unique Safety Data Sheet (SDS) for all of its products and advises customers to use the information included to develop occupational health and safety procedures for the use of its products.
