Terms and Conditions

The supply of all goods and services to CSBP complies with Wesfarmers Chemicals Energy and Fertilisers (WesCEF) Standard Terms and Conditions. The only exception is when CSBP has signed a separate overriding contract.

Supplier purchase orders issued by CSBP will specify the terms and conditions the apply to that specific purchase.
